Applicable law and competent court

The failure of ENGIE or the User (hereinafter “the Parties”) to exercise any right or take any legal action under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or action.

The Website is governed by French law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute, the Parties must, prior to any referral, find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable solution, the competent courts to hear the dispute will be the French courts with material and territorial jurisdiction.

If, for any reason whatsoever, a competent court were to consider a provision of these Terms and Conditions to be invalid, the invalidity of this provision shall in no way affect the validity of the rest of the Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in force.
