Alexandra Garatzogianni & Michael Fribus working in the H2020 PLATOON project and at the Knowledge & Tech Transfer department of the Leibniz Information Center for Science and Technology (TIB), visited the second and third episodes of the “Youth4ClimateLiveSeries”. The events “Driving Sustainable Recovery” and “Driving Youth Action” took place on 24 July and 28 August 2020, respectively.
The Youth4ClimateLive Series is hosted by the Italian Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea, in collaboration with Connect4Climate – World Bank Group and the Office of the UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth, as part of the initiatives organized in the run-up to the 2021 Pre-COP26 in Milan, Italy and COP26. Each session has the aim to bring together a diverse group of young people at the forefront of creative climate action for intergenerational and interactive conversations with policy makers and experts.
